1. Scope of Work: This no-cost service is limited to the systems, networks, or applications specifically listed in the signed agreement. Any additional systems, networks, or applications outside the mentioned list will not be part of the testing.

2. Duration: The testing period will be defined in the agreement. Extensions or additional tests outside this period may not be covered under the no-cost agreement.

3. Methodology: Our team will employ industry-standard methodologies (Black Box) and tools for the VAPT process. Details of the methods and tools can be provided upon request.

4. Tools: Ultra Heals platform will be used for Black Box Assessment.

5. Data Handling: Any data accessed or retrieved during the testing will solely be used for assessment purposes. we will not share the data to any third party.

6. Testing Authorization: By accepting this Terms and Condition. You approved to do the assessment in your infrastructure.

7. Liabilities: Given that this is a no-cost service, our organization will not be held liable for any damages, interruptions, or issues that arise from the VAPT process.

8. Access Requirements: Grant essential permissions and access to facilitate efficient testing.

9. Testing Ethics: Our professionals adhere to ethical standards to ensure minimal disruption or damage to your infrastructure.

10. Limitations: Our obligation is limited to performing the VAPT analysis and offering suggestions; the onus of executing security enhancements lies with you.

11. Security Assurance: While VAPT offers insights, it doesn’t promise absolute security; continuous surveillance and upkeep are crucial.

12. Accountability Limit: We disclaim responsibility for complications resulting from the VAPT evaluation or its conclusions.

13. Client Recognition: Your brand emblem will feature in our roster of clients.

14. Report and Findings: At the conclusion of the test, a report detailing vulnerabilities, potential risks, and recommendations will be provided. This report is confidential and should not be shared with unauthorized parties.

15. No Warranty: While our team strives for accuracy, we do not warrant that the VAPT process will find all existing vulnerabilities. It’s always advisable to have regular security checks and updates.

16. Feedback: Post-assessment, the client agrees to provide feedback on the services received. This feedback may be used for promotional purposes, with the client’s prior consent.

17. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate the testing process at any point without prior notice, especially in cases where we believe the testing could cause harm or disruption.

18. Amendments: These T&C can be updated or modified frequently. we will notify this via email if there is any change.

19. Non-Transferability: The no-cost VAPT service is exclusively for the signing client and cannot be transferred or re-assigned to another party.

20. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any information or data accessed during the testing process.

21. Acceptance: By availing of the no-cost VAPT service, the client agrees to all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
